1. Rental Period
Each rental begins on the date the dumpster is delivered to your location and ends on the scheduled pickup date provided at the time of booking. If you need more time, you may request an extension in advance, subject to availability.
- Additional Days: $20 per day
- Extension charges begin the day after your scheduled pickup date if the dumpster is not ready for retrieval due to overfilling, blocked access, or lack of notice.
If the dumpster is not ready for pickup on the scheduled date, additional daily fees will continue to accrue until the unit is serviceable.
2. Delivery & Placement
We will place the dumpster in the location specified during booking, as long as it is safe, accessible, and on a firm, level surface. If the requested location is unsafe, obstructed, or otherwise inaccessible, our driver may select an alternate nearby placement at their discretion.
Customer Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate placement instructions.
- Ensure the delivery area is clear of vehicles, debris, and obstacles on scheduled delivery and pickup days.
- Secure any necessary permits from municipalities or HOAs before delivery if the dumpster will be placed in public rights-of-way.
Failed Delivery or Pickup Fees:
- $75 within the primary service area (0–25 miles)
- +$25 for each additional 5-mile extended zone (e.g., $100 for 30 miles, $125 for 35 miles)
These fees apply if the dumpster cannot be delivered or retrieved due to access issues, overfilling, blocked driveways, or similar conditions.
